    Purpose of data protection
    We process your application data for the following purposes:
    • for the purpose of carrying out the specific application process, in particular for reviewing applications, contacting the applicant and conducting interviews to evaluate and select suitable applicants,
    • for the purpose of storing documents for evidentiary purposes for the possible assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims arising from or in connection with the application procedure,
    • Insofar as there is consent for use beyond the specific vacancy, for use for further vacancies within the scope of our personnel planning and for the purpose of allocating your application in our talent pool.
    Your application data may be processed for statistical purposes (e.g. reporting). It is not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons.

    CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED
    During the application process, the usual correspondence data such as postal address, e-mail address and telephone numbers are stored in the applicant database in addition to the form of address, surname and first name. In addition, application documents such as letters of motivation, curriculum vitae, professional, educational and training qualifications, and references are recorded.

    DATA STORAGE AND DELETION
    If an application is successful, we transfer the data to the personnel file and store the data beyond the period of the application process in accordance with the statutory provisions. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR, § 26 BDSG.
    If you withdraw your application at a point in time or delete your applicant profile at a point in time at which no decision has yet been made about filling the position in question, we do not see any legal possibility of asserting a claim under the AGG, since you have left the group of applicants by your own decision. In such a case, the data will be deleted immediately after the withdrawal of your application or the deletion of your profile.If we reject your application in the current application process, we will store the data for a further six months beyond the period of the application process. There will be no notification of the deletion of the data. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.
    In the event of your consent to use beyond the specific vacancy, we will assign the data to a talent pool after completion of the application process in order to be able to carry out a comparison with further vacancies at ATOSS and to contact you about suitable vacancies and career events. In this case, we store the data beyond the period of the application process for a further 24 months. There will be no notification of the deletion of the data. The legal basis for this data processing in such cases is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by independently deleting your data (profile and application) from the applicant portal. If you delete your applicant profile, the data will be deleted immediately after your profile is deleted.

    Data security and confidentiality
    Data protection is an important concern for us. To process your application, we use the application system of Haufe-Lexware GmbH & Co. KG, Munzinger Straße 9, 79111 Freiburg. Your personal data as well as the files sent with your application will be sent unchanged by our web server via e-mail to the responsible contact person at our company. For more information about the application system of Haufe-Lexware GmbH & Co. KG is available on the website https://www.umantis.com/bewerbermanagement.

    ATOSS Software AG and Haufe-Lexware GmbH & Co. KG have taken the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of your application. All employees of our personnel department as well as of our contractual partner are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data within the scope of their employment contract. Thanks to automatically activated 128-bit encryption, secure transmission of your data is ensured. Data processing takes into account the general standards for data security in accordance with the current state of the art.

    RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

    With regard to the processing of personal data, you as data subject, have the following rights against ATOSS as the data controller pursuant to Article 4 Number 7 GDPR:
    Upon request, ATOSS will inform you immediately and in accordance with legal requirements whether and which of your personal data we have stored, and, if this is the case, for what purpose it is processed and/or utilized (Art. 15 GDPR). Should the stored information be incorrect despite our efforts to ensure that the data is correct and up-to-date, or should you for other reasons request a report (Art. 16 GDPR) or deletion of your personal data (Art. 17 GDPR) or a restriction of the processing (Art. 18 GDPR) or a release of your personal data (Art. 20 GDPR), we will naturally comply with this request without undue delay.
    You are welcome to send us your request in this regard, e.g. by postal letter to the address of the company responsible or by e-mail.

    Via the above-mentioned contact option, you can also lodge an objection to the processing of personal data in accordance with the legal provisions (Art. 21 GDPR).
    Finally, without prejudice to the aforementioned rights, you may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your respective personal information infringes on the provisions of the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR).

    We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Statement from time to time and to update it in the light of changes in the collection, processing or use of data.
