Sales Development Representative – Swedish speaking

What you can expect:
  • Conduct market research to identify and approach new prospects, qualifying potential leads along the way
  • Initiate contact with prospects through various channels including phone, email, and social media to comprehensively address their Workforce Management needs
  • Arrange and participate in initial discovery calls with prospects to assess their requirements
  • Work closely with account executives to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using the CRM system, contributing to the enhancement of our existing database
  • Career advancement with the possibility of transitioning into an Account Executive role after a certain period
What you bring to the table:
  • 0-2 years of B2B sales experience in fields such as personnel services, accustomed to conducting cold calls
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education is preferred
  • Native Swedish speaker with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A genuine passion for software products, coupled with a strong tech-savvy inclination and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
  • A collaborative team player with a strong sense of integrity, eager to contribute to our company's international growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus
