(Senior) International Presales Consultant - Dutch speaking

Join our international team in Utrecht or Brussels, travel to customers and our different offices (Utrecht, Brussels, Stockholm, Munich, etc.) and play a vital role in driving our market expansion in Europe.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving complex pre-sales functional and technical problems in close collaboration with our sales team.
  • Act as a key contact person for technical inquiries and drive innovative content to meet our customers' needs.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and issues in the local market to continuously improve our solution, working closely with Product Management.
  • Provide support for RFP/RFIs, proposals, and other sales-support communications by addressing functional and technical questions and providing solution overviews.
  • This is an individual contributor role, but teamwork is in our DNA. Bring your specialist knowledge and creative ideas to drive the further success of ATOSS.
What you need:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. And a completed university education is needed.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a sales or consulting role, preferably within the HR software environment.
  • Technical affinity, because it will get technical – you won´t program, but the willingness to understand and learn our solution in depth is important.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ideally, a proven track record in software demonstrations and presales.
  • High motivation, being hands-on and willingness to learn and to travel (20-50%) is required.
