As an (Senior) Account Executive, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the sales process, from lead generation to contract signing, while actively acquiring new customers.
  • Engage proactively with C-level decision makers, demonstrating a strong approach to drive sales
  • Lead the sales process as an expert in Workforce Management, guiding clients through analysis and presenting the return on investment of the business case - deliver added value to our clients

Your Capabilities


  • 2-5 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably in software sales
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization and a willingness to travel as a sales manager, staying up to date with market trends and opportunities
  • Completed university education
  • Ability to build trust by acting as an advisor, establishing long-term relationships with clients
